Unique experience to stay in an old villa with original furniture and a noble family. Good occasion to hear about family history and enjoy walks in a lovely park. Location is super quiet.

Welcome to Toscana's heaven. We had this amazing opportunity to stay at villa I Bossi for 2 nights (I wish it was longer!!!). Great location with beautiful surrounding view, the host family is so warm and friendly and last but not least the amazing stone house, remarkable piece of art. Can't wait to return back there. P.s i had a cooking class for traditional Italian cuisine - super delicious!!!

Unforgatable atmosfery in a XIII castle

"I Bossi" is a special place.
A stone's throw from the city, in a lush valley full of olive and cypress trees stands the tower of the villa. The bridge over the stream leads to the magnificent garden surrounded by centuries-old fragrant box plants. The first impression is to be suddenly out of time, surrounded by a magical and bewitching atmosphere. Inside the villa is revealed to guests with its original personality, its roots in the glorious past and the look open to the future. The rooms are comfortable, the common rooms welcoming, every window is a painting, and every corner could tell a story.
Spending a few days at the Bossi is beautiful.
Far from the noise and confusion, immersed in a friendly and lush nature, the villa offers the possibility of reappearing long times and forgotten spaces. In the past the villa has hosted artists, musicians, writers, and it seems that their souls still roam in the corridors and in the cozy rooms, every corner here can tell a story and every window reveals a picture.
I am Clarissa and with my brother Filippo I manage the villa. We live with our large family on the first floor while guests stay on the second floor. Filippo and I love to have guests, we like our work and we always want those who arrive here to become our friend. In the summer we organize many activities, at 6 pm there is always a game of volleyball, and then a ping pong tournament, and then why not organize a bbcq all together or a nice cocktail in the pool?

Gragnone is a small village 5 km from the city of Arezzo. Despite being close to the city and well served by public transport Gragnone is immersed in the peace and quiet of the open countryside. The valley is located on the slopes of the regional park of Lignano, departure for trips on foot or by bicycle through the innumerable paths that lead to the top of the mountain. Arezzo is considered the heart of Tuscany, as very close to the main cities and attractions, by train, by car or by bus it will be easy to reach Florence, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, and at the end of the day come back to "home", where a glass of wine and the song of a fallen cicada.
